Sage is doing quite well today, supposed to have his respiratory tube removed at 1.30pm, at the moment not sure of the status of the tubes. Pictures were taken circa 1pm, as you can see, he's not as bloated as previously, and his rashes have also reduced.
When i was there he was quite responsive, crying when the nurses were taking blood from him...you can see him straining and moving due to the pain and his mouth were wide open but it was a sort of silent scream as he's unable to make any noise yet. He has one eye partly open , not very big but can see that he's alert, when he yawns you can see both eyes.
Blood sasmple was sent to KL yesterday via the Tan Family Courier express...according to aunty cindy, leucine level from the test was 1031 which is still high considering the normal values of 100....his next blood sample will be collected today, frozen, sent to the courier company tomorrow and expected to arrive in KL on thursday via the not so fast courier company. Hope to hear good news then.
Nurse said cannot take picture :p but the nurses attending sage and the doctor din't really care... will see whether i can sneak in tonight to take picture of him without that ugly huge green tube in his mouth.
