okay correction, the first video was taken before ops. apparently while i was already in the OT and they were waiting to wheel Sage in. Second video was taken on Wednesday 29/04/2009
Okay update for 29/04/2009. It's day 24 Post op

He's got no more IV lines or drips or plugs on his hands or legs. He only has a drainage tube going near his liver to drain the excess bile that's pooling beside the liver and also his angi (feeding tube)
The hospital has initiated strict control measures (more like a lock down) due to the swine flu outbreak. Now i think everybody has to get their temperatures taken and have their data recorded when they enter the hospital (just in case the guy next to u, actually has swine flu, easier to call u back) It is thus not recommended for Sage to have visitors, both for his sake and for the sake of others as well. The playground outside Sage's room has also been shut off (to reduce the risk of spreading the infection)

If you notice, hes been wearing the same clothes over and over again. Well actually not. That's kinda the uniform at the children's ward of NUH. Kinda cute eh.
Today has been good for sage. His levels although a bit high are normalizing more and he's stop having bloody stools

At the moment he's in Ward 47a bed 43. These pictures were sent by his mom via mms, and i got them in my mms inbox. Now for very weird reasons, i only receive MMS 2 days after their sent. Will try to see whether I can rectify this problem or not. Caption and dates of pictures are from his mom (those in brackets are from me). Will update on any other pictures whenever i receive them (hopefully not 2 days late)
19/04/2009 - Sitting up playing with cars (i think he's got almost 100. I've got another 10 more waiting for him)
18/04/2009 - Relaxing in his new bed and in his new room (previously he was in Paeds ICU)
16/04/2009 - Finally made him smile. He said Subaru. (hinting on his next bday present, Impreza!. Strangely enough he looks like me when i was 8..will try to dig out a picture)
14/04/09 - Just had his bath. Had to put in main arterial line
13/04/2009 - His first smile, watching Hi-5
